3 units of 10 PK, 2 units of 8 PK, 2 units of 12 PK Mitsubishi ducted PUs, and 2 units of 1.5 PK Daikin Thailand wall-mounted units

Description

Our team delivered a complete HVAC installation for an office at The Prominence Tower, Alam Sutera, featuring Mitsubishi ducted systems and Daikin split units. The setup included 3 units of 10 PK, 2 units of 8 PK, and 2 units of 12 PK Mitsubishi ducted PUs with full supply and return air configurations, ensuring balanced airflow and efficient cooling. Additionally, two 1.5 PK Daikin Thailand wall-mounted units were installed for smaller office zones.

The project achieved reliable performance and a clean ceiling finish through precise ducting and concealed piping work.

The scope of work included:

  • Delivery and positioning of all chiller units according to engineered layout plans.
  • Installation and alignment of chilled water and condenser piping systems.
  • Integration of electrical and control systems with the mall's existing Building Management System (BMS).
  • Pressure and leak testing, system flushing, and piping insulation.
  • Start-up assistance, testing, and commissioning in coordination with Carrier technical specialists.
