Toshiba Concealed Duct Units: 4 HP (3 units), 3.3 HP (1 unit), 3 HP (3 units), and 2 HP (2 units)

Description

This project involved the complete supply, installation, and commissioning of a VRF air conditioning and ventilation system for a restaurant and semi-club facility. The works included the installation of a Toshiba SMMS-7 24 HP VRF outdoor unit with multiple concealed duct indoor units of varying capacities, integrated with refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, and centralized control systems. In addition to the air conditioning system, extensive ducting, fresh air intake, and exhaust systems were executed, including replacement of existing ductwork and VAV components. The project also covered full electrical works, refrigerant charging, and final testing and commissioning to ensure optimal comfort, performance, and reliability for high-occupancy hospitality operations.

All refrigerant piping, drainage, and control cabling were routed above the ceiling with precise insulation and alignment to maintain a clean professional finish.
