All works were executed from preparation through commissioning, including heavy lifting operations up to the 10th floor, mechanical and electrical integration, and supporting civil engineering works, in accordance with safety regulations and engineering standards.

• Site preparation including safety implementation, mobilization and demobilization, cleaning, and engineering design with shop drawings
• Dismantling and removal of existing chiller units, piping systems, power cables, and related accessories
• Crane mobilization and heavy lifting works up to the 10th floor for positioning of chiller units and cooling towers
• Installation of two (2) units Carrier 19MV Magnetic Bearing Oiless AquaEdge® Water-Cooled Centrifugal Chillers (250 TR) and two (2) units Liang Chi LRC-N Cooling Towers
• Installation and connection of chilled water and condenser water piping systems
• Supply and installation of mechanical accessories including thermometers, pressure gauges, gate valves, check valves, flexible joints, strainers, air vent ball valves, and flow switches
• Electrical works including power cables, cable trays, grounding systems, and instrumentation wiring
• Civil engineering works including construction of equipment foundations, make-up water tanks, and supporting concrete works
• Final inspection, system readiness checks, and site handover
